Here at Hip Clips, the majority of bows are made to order.  You can customize colors, clip styles and bow sets.  I ask that you please look over your order carefully as I cannot issue refunds or exchanges for errors made in the ordering process or if you are unhappy with your color selections. But, if I made an error or you are unsatisfied with my work, please contact me immediately and I will make it right.

Payment is expected immediately if using paypal or within one week if sending a check or money order.  No order will be started until checks have cleared the bank and I reserve the right to cancel any order where no payment has been received in two weeks.  Please contact me if there is an issue and I will work with you however I can.

Hip Clips are more than just bows, they are little artworks to me, and though I try to remain consistent as possible in their creation, designs may vary slightly from clip to clip.

*All bows and clips are made from small parts which could present a choking hazzard in small children, please use caution with children under three.*

Hip Clips Boutique is owned and operated by A.K. Richards, a stay at home mom to three, soon to be four, small children.  As much as I love making bows, family comes first and thus, turnaround times may vary.  I always do my best to get bows out in a timely fashion, but it can take up to three weeks depending on season and the amount of orders in my queue.  If there is a specific reason for further delay I will contact you to let you know when to expect your order, and please always feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.  If you need bows by a certain date, please allow enough time for creation and shipment to you and choose the appropriate shipping service.  You many also use the special instruction to let me know the 'need by' date.
